About hay fever

Hay fever is an allergy caused from inhaling pollen in the air.
Symptoms of hay fever includes continuous sneezing, excess mucous, blocked nose,
itchy eyes, watery eyes and blood shot eyes.
Eyes could also feel like a foreign object is inside them, as well as
coughing, mucous stuck at the back of the throat, hot face, cold body, itchy body,
headaches, lack of concentration, easily irritated and stomach pain.

Lots of people are annoyed by hay fever every year with the number of people experiencing hay fever
increasing every year with out regard to age or sex.

It is estimated at about 40 cedar trees, such as the Japanese cypresses as well as
plants and grasses such as cocksfoot, oxeyes, ragweed and timothy grasses contribute
to the cause of hay fever. The Japanese cypress tree in spring is the worst tree to contribute to hay fever.

In Japan the Japanese cypress tree is spreading causing a spread and increase in the rate of hay fever.

However people who live with this tree in the mountainous areas of Japan seem not to be as affected.
It is believed that people who are more prone to be affected live in the more metropolitan areas of
Japan with cars and pollution contributing to the problem.
This means that hay fever is closely related to air quality.
The affect we believe is that the Japanese cypress tree has is that as pollens are released and
floats tens of kilometers toward the city, pollution will build up on the pollen and make the pollen
affect on hay fever more potent.

The symptoms of hay fever are varied.
Some people experience only minor issue whilst others have
more heavy effects. It is believed that once people become sufferers they will suffer for life.
However I have heard that if captured in its early stage then there is a cure.
So once you notice the effects of hay fever you should apply for treatment before the situation worsens.
